                                 2 - Read internal modem profile
                                 3 - Modify internal modem profile

       Returns:       CF         Set if error, else cleared
                      AL         0 if successful, else non-0
                      BX         Modified for Subservices 0 (System Profile)
                                 and 2 (Modem Profile)
                      CX         Modified for Subservice 0 (System Profile)

                                 01  - 40 x 25 monochrome using CGA/LCD
                                 10* - 80 x 25 monochrome using CGA/LCD
                                 11  - 80 x 25 monochrome using MONO/LCD

                                 00* - Ignore LCD bright attribute
                                 01  - Map LCD bright to underscore
                                 10  - Map LCD bright to reverse video
                                 11  - Map LCD bright to alternate font

       Bit 9          0* - Internal modem not available on battery power
                      1  - Internal modem available on battery power

   CX -- System Profile

       Bits 15-8      (CH)       Time before LCD will blank on lack of
                                 keyboard activity.
                                 Time is in minutes. A 0 disables this
                                 feature.
       Bits 7-0       (CL)       Time before system power off on lack of
                                 keyboard activity.
                                 Time is in minutes. A 0 disables this
                                 feature.

   BX -- Modem Profile
