The deadline for third year students to submit their internship agreements is DECEMBER 14, 2023, and the deadline for submitting the report + evaluation sheet is FEBRUARY 14, 2024. Failure to meet these deadlines will result in not passing the discipline “Practice”!

1. Submit the following prior to the commencement of the internship period:
   1. The Internship Agreement. In the event that no agreement is reached between the company and the faculty during the academic year 2023-2024, the student shall present the Internship Agreement that has been signed by the company. (Further information can be found at https://www.cs.ubbcluj.ro/~practica/?page=acord). The student is required to ask the internship-offering company about the existence of a signed agreement between UBB and the organization for the academic year 2023-2024.
   2. The partner organization’s signed Internship Settlement (details: https://www.cs.ubbcluj.ro/~practica/?page=conventie).The student is required to ask the internship-offering company for a route statement with respect to labor protection.

   The documents are collected one week subsequent to the submission date.

   November 29, 2023, is the latest date until the third-year students can hand in the documents for the commencement of the internship. For the 2nd year master students the deadline is March 22, 2024.

2. When the internship period ends, the following document is submitted:
   1. The organization has endorsed the activity report and evaluation sheet (details: https://www.cs.ubbcluj.ro/~practica/?page=raport).

   January 22, 2024, is the latest date until third-year bachelor’s candidates are required to submit their internship completion documents. For the 2nd year master students the deadline is May 17, 2o24.
   

Documents are submitted weekly at the Mathematica building, Ploiești str., no. 23-25, room 101, to Mrs. Adela Roman, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Internship in the Faculty – information for third-year students on bachelor’s level

Third year bachelor’s students (regardless of specialization) who have not been able to find an internship place are asked to register in the Teams group (code i2ct2bd) until NOVEMBER 17, 2023.
