About the Project

Wearable devices are becoming more and more part of our lives and this will be the case in the future as well. The main focus of the project is to design, implement and test a modern application on a wearable device. This is a great opportunity to understand and experiment first hand how the software lifecycle works starting from design, experimentation, implementation and testing on real devices.

We are looking for up to 3 talented and fast learner students to join this cool project and kick start their career.

Deadline for applications: 7th of April 2022

Period: 8-12 week full-time internship (July - September 2022)

About You

You are passionate about new technology and especially wearables and have always wanted to understand how they work and how to make them smarter. Your educational background needs to be paired with discipline, critical thinking, problem ownership and drive to accomplish new and unconventional things. Good time management and a structured work style are also needed along with a nerdy passion to experiment with new gadgets.

Specifically, you will need competence / experience in the following areas:

• Java
• Android

Nice-to-have knowledge / experience:

• Wear OS
• Figma (UI/UX development)
• Mobile applications for wearables
