ISDC continues the tradition of training and integrating the best IT students in current projects teams by launching the 2014 Summer Internship paid program. Between 5 March and 11 April, students can apply for one of the 20 available intern positions in .NET, Java, Business Intelligence, Testing.

The program is designed based on our previous internship experience combined with specific project assignments developed by ISDC for our Western enterprise clients. The program offers an active and intensive learning approach under the direct guidance of our senior colleagues and through direct interaction within different project teams.

Daniel Bica, Managing Director ISDC: “The internship program run by most of the local IT companies represents one of the most rewarding and engaging ways to attract genuine talents and guide them towards a demanding but very rewarding profession. In 2013, ISDC received over 600 applications, of which 100 qualified for our assessment centers. 13 of them are by now our colleagues and actively contribute to the development of million Euro projects for our Western customers. We promise to the applicants for this year’s program that we continue to be, as always, very demanding and supportive, also financially considering that the internship is paid.”

The requirements for students who want to join our program are: knowledge of OOP, good logic and reasoning, medium to advanced English skills and team spirit.

During the 2 months of internship (July-August) the applicants qualified for the program will have the chance to experience the real software development lifecycle: clients, daily stand-ups, planning sessions, sprints and team fun.
