The Global Business Support Centre (GBS) located in Bucharest, provides high technical service and support for Microsoft’s European Enterprise and Development customers. The center is part of Microsoft Global Support Operations and is staffed by highly skilled technical specialists in enterprise Platforms, Business and Developer Applications.

We are currently recruiting for MICROSOFT ACADEMY COLLEGE HIRE (MACH) focused on technical profiles.

MACH Technical Program is aimed for graduates and postgraduates with strong technical qualifications and passion.

Participants will learn the Microsoft culture in preparation for a Technical Support Engineer position in local and virtual environment.

Microsoft Mach program will offer you a Technical Support Engineer role position combined with an outstanding 2 year development program designed as it follows:

Year 1: on-boarding and trainings
Year 2: career development

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Passion for technology
• Proven experience with excellent results in implementing various projects, academic volunteering experiences are highly appreciated
• Excellent command of French/ German /English (ideally 2 languages)
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Problem solver and analytical thinking
• Customer and result oriented
