The completion of study contracts by first year students, on the platform Academic Info, will take place from 23-30 September 2022. For higher years, the completion/modification of study contracts is possible until the 4^th  of October 2022. The delivery of the study contracts, listed and signed, will take place as follows:

• First year students, on bachelor’s level, will hand in their study contracts on Monday, 3^rd of October 2022, at the opening festivities of the academic year.
• Second and third year students, on bachelor level, and first and second year students, on master’s level, will hand in the listed and signed study contract via the group representative at the faculty secretariat between 4-15 October 2022, between 9-12 pm, noon.

The student cards and transport discount cards for students in the second and third year,  bachelor level and second year, master's level, will be handed in by the group representatives between the 4-15 October 2022, 9am and 12 pm noon, in order to be stamped. The secretary of the specialization will inform them of the date on which student cards and ID cards can be collected.
