Aims |
At the end of the course, the student should be able to typeset complex documents, including: mathematical formulae, drawings, diagrams, tabular material, algorithms but, also, the corresponding reference tools (index, glossary, bibliography). |

2. Typesetting text 3. Typesetting math I. (elementary approach) 4. Typesetting math II. (display equations, labels, AMS-LaTeX) 5. Tabular material in LaTeX (including the specific packages) 6. Graphics in LaTeX: the graphicx bundle 7. Commutative diagrams: the amscd and XY-Pic packages 8. Programming in LaTeX 9. Indices and bibliographies: the Makeindex and BibTeX programs 10. LaTeX and pdf: the hyperref package 11. Creating overheads with LaTeX: the beamer package |
