The ideal candidate for this position is any Java passionate interested in self-improvement.

The training will start on the 25^th of February 2013 and it will be a challenging, 3 weeks long learning path, for 8 hours every weekday.

During this time, you will have the opportunity to learn a lot about:

• Software Quality Assurance;
• Automation Development Practices;
• How to find an Automation Testing solution and how to implement it;
• How to integrate, execute and report results – continuous integration;
• And more!

The ideal candidate should have:

• Good understanding of OOP paradigms;
• Strong problem solving and analytic skills;
• A good sense ownership of his tasks and be a fast learner;
• Java knowledge is a major advantage, because Selenium WebDriver with Java is one of the solutions at hand;
• Knowledge of theoretical concepts in software testing is a plus;
• Excellent English knowledge, both speaking and writing.
