Students from the first and second year on bachelor’s level and the first year on master’s level (academic year 2022/2023) are required to complete the Study Contract in the AcademicInfo application between May 2-31, 2023.

Students can make their choice after consulting the discipline sheets available at the address: https://www.cs.ubbcluj.ro/invatamant/planuri-de-invatamant/

The study contracts will be completed according to the following calendar:

1. Between May 2 and May 18, 2023, the study contract for the academic year 2023/2024 is completed in the ACADEMIC INFO Application at https://academicinfo.ubbcluj.ro/.
2. On May 19, 2023, the faculty management level establishes the optional courses that will be regularized for the 2023/2024 academic year.
3. On May 19, 2023, the faculty secretariat will delete all optional courses that will not be regularized in the academic year 2023/2024. The list of final optional courses will be displayed on May 19, 2022, after 4:00 p.m. on the faculty website in the section https://www.cs.ubbcluj.ro/planuri-de-invatamant-valabile-in-anul- university-2023-2024/.
4. In the period May 22 – May 31, 2023, students who will have made changes in the list of chosen optional courses, respectively will have chosen courses that were not proposed for normalization, will redo their study contract.

If, after the first stage, an optional course does not have enough enrolled students, then this course is deleted from the offer, and the students will have to choose another optional course in stage 2.

In addition, there is a maximum limit on the number of students admitted per course, so it is recommended that the choice of optional disciplines be made as early as possible.

Students are strongly requested to choose optional disciplines from the offer of our faculty in the semester in which they are offered, because other faculties will not adapt their timetable for the students of our faculty and thus there is a risk of not being able to participate in the respective courses and seminars.
