   The study of open source platforms and tools covering the entire life-cycle of Linked Data publication and management, followed by the integration/adaptation of such tools for building a dedicated platform for the management of Cluj4All related data according to Linked Data principles.

   Minimal required skills:

   • advance understanding of relational and graph based data representation paradigms;
   • basic knowledge on data description using ontologies and RDF graphs;
