Decision on the implementation of a specialized internship in companies/organizations abroad
Approved by the Faculty Council on March 26, 2019
Students can also undertake specialized internships in companies/organizations abroad in the following two areas:
- Internship as part of the Erasmus+ program;
- Internship proposed by the student.
In both cases, students must go through the following steps to have the internship recognized and receive the credits associated with it (at the bachelor’s or master’s level):
- Application for the specialized internship by filling out and submitting a standard application (Learning Agreement for Traineeships) before the internship, with which the specialized internship abroad is requested; for master’s students, a document titled Acordul privind tema de practică (Agreement on the Internship Topic) from the coordinating instructor of the master’s program in which the student is enrolled is also required.
- Application for and obtaining the rector’s approval before the student travels abroad.
- Please submit a detailed evaluation at the end of the internship, following the Bachelor’s/Master’s format or the company’s evaluation procedure.
Note: The issuance of the rector’s approval takes seven days. The Dean’s Office approves this document before submitting its form to the University Center for International Cooperation.
