Applications and files for all categories of scholarships are submitted exclusively electronically through the scholarship platform on the website https://burse.inscrieri.ubbcluj.ro/.

When submitting documents electronically, the student must also include a declaration of the documents’ conformity. Electronically uploaded documents no longer need to be submitted in physical form.

Calendarul de desfășurare a burselor pentru semestrul II al anului universitar 2023-2024

In accordance with the decision of the Faculty Council, the following minimum averages for scholarships apply for the academic year 2023-2024:

• Minimum average for awarding category I performance scholarships: 9,00
• Minimum average for awarding category II performance scholarships: 7,00
• Minimum number of credit points for granting social and health scholarships: 20 credit points in specialized areas.

Applications for performance scholarships in categories I and II ( Cererea pentru acordarea bursei de performanță) and for social aid scholarships ( Bursa de ajutor social) for all students on bachelor’s level (1st, 2nd, and 3rd year) and on master’s level (1st and 2nd year) will be uploaded between February 26, 2024, 8.00 and March 15, 2024, 16.00 hours, at https://burse.inscrieri.ubbcluj.ro/.

IMPORTANT: APPLICATIONS FOR SOCIAL SCHOLARSHIPS WILL BE SCANNED IN A SINGLE PDF FILE AND FORWARDED UNTIL 14 MARCH 2024 AT https://burse.inscrieri.ubbcluj.ro/. On March 15, 2024, only incomplete applications submitted by March 14, 2024, can be completed. After March 15, 2024, 16.00, NO CHANGES OR APPLICATIONS FOR SOCIAL SCHOLARSHIPS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

It is recommended to upload the social scholarship documents to the platform as soon as possible, because if you receive comments from the secretariat, you will have the necessary time to complete the documents.

APPLICATIONS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR SOCIAL AND HEALTH AID SCHOLARSHIPS WILL BE UPLOADED TO THE PLATFORM: https://burse.inscrieri.ubbcluj.ro/.

MAXIMUM ADMISSIBLE INCOME PER FAMILY MEMBER: Net income of 1958.33 Lei/family member for the months February 2023 to January 2024.

NOTE: The numbering and signing of the pages in the application starts with “Cererea tip” and NOT with the form “Verificare conformitate…”. The application shall contain the documents in the order specified on the “Verificare conformitate…” form to be placed at the beginning of the file.

The faculty’s scholarship committee approves the student’s application and considers it along with any pertinent supporting documentation before awarding the social aid scholarship. Applications are submitted exclusively online via the platform provided by the university:

On the basis of written agreements between the applicant and family members, one of the scholarship committee members will assume the responsibility of providing students with proof of income from the tax authorities.
The documents required for granting a social aid scholarship vary depending on the student’s situation and are listed in Article 19 of the Scholarship Regulations.

Students from families whose average monthly net income per family member is below the minimum net income in the economy are requested to check the scholarship regulations at the following address to obtain a social assistance grant:
