ME address regarding student transport Oct. 2023

First-year bachelor’s and master’s students who have one or both deceased parents, as well as students from placement centers or who have been placed with the extended family, surrogate or with a foster carer benefit from free transport. They are asked to fill out the form below and upload the supporting document by November 9, 2023, at 12:00 noon.

First-year students who have not submitted their photo to the secretariat are asked to submit a ¾ size photo in an envelope to the group responsible student by Thursday, November 9, 2023. On the back of the picture, the name and surname, the specialization, the language of instruction and the year of study are written. The group responsible student will submit the collected photos to the secretariat on Friday, November 10, 2023, between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

On November 14, 2023, between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00, noon, the group responsible student will pick up the discounted transport ID cards from the secretary of the specialization and will distribute them to the colleagues.
