A candidate who has been declared admitted and requests withdrawal from the master’s entrance session for July 2023 must access the admission application (https://admitere.ubbcluj.ro/) and request a withdrawal.

A rejected candidate or a candidate who has requested withdrawal from the selection process and has original documents may withdraw his/her documents in person, at the Faculty Secretariat, between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., on weekdays. Those who withdrew from the selection process during the summer must present a signed and endorsed withdrawal request. If the applicant is unable to pick up the documents in person, another person may pick up the original documents based on a notarized power of attorney and a request signed by the applicant.

Applicants withdrawing from a tuition-paying place must complete a form (at an address to be announced) between September 18, 2023, and September 22, 2023, to receive a refund for the paid tuition.

Applicants who have transferred from a tuition-paying place to a tuition-free place may request a refund between October 2, 2023, and October 6, 2023, by completing a form posted on the faculty website prior to the start of the academic year.

All withdrawal requests for the July 2023 session, submitted during the summer, will be processed by the Admissions Committee on September 1, 2023.
