The Excellentia Awards calendar:

→ May 9-16 (6:00 p.m.) - Nomination period.
→ May 18-23 - Submission of documents by the candidates.
→ May 18-27 – Voting.
→ May 24-27 - Evaluation of the documents by the commissions.

The selection of the winners of the Excellentia awards is done in 3 steps:

1. Nomination of students, Ph.D. students, and teachers.

For eight days, all students (undergraduate, master's, doctoral-level) of the Babeș-Bolyai University community can submit nominations for each category by filling out the form available on the official CSUBB website. Each person may nominate a maximum of two people for each Excellentia category (i.e. a maximum of 2 undergraduate students, a maximum of 2 graduate students, and a maximum of 2 teachers) from the faculty in which they are enrolled.

2. Voting procedure

From each faculty, all nominees can be voted by academic community members. Voting will be organized electronically on the official CSUBB website.

3. Evaluation of students and teachers

The evaluation committee on a faculty level examines the portfolio of each nominee. The maximum score awarded by the committee is 100 points.
