3Pillar Global is inviting you to an eye-opening Internship experience between July 13th and September 11th 2020!

Your internship at 3Pillar Global will introduce you to the art of Software Development (Java / JavaScript / Mobile / Ruby / Python / Data Science) and QA Automation.

We are a digital services company that helps companies up their game in the digital economy, by creating value through product design and development.

During your internship you’ll:

• Get hands-on experience and exposure to complex projects, where quality and craftsmanship are paramount
• Understand and work on various phases of the development lifecycle in an Agile environment
• Learn from and work with strong professionals who will be your spirit guides in this new experience
• Get feedback from mentors on your performance, get support on removing impediments, learn best practices
• Take control of the direction towards which you’d like to steer your skills & career development

Who are we looking for?

• You are currently enrolled at UTCN („Computer Science and Automatic Department” – 3rd year / „Electronics and Telecommunications” – any year) or UBB („The Informatics Program” – 1st or 2nd year)
• You have basic OOP knowledge
• You are familiar with data structures and algorithms
• You have databases knowledge
• Networking knowledge is nice to have
• You are ready to challenge others and have your ideas challenged

• Step 2: Those of you selected for the next step will be invited to a Group Assessment, where, among others, will go through a fun technical challenge
• Step 3: Going past the Group Assessment evaluation, we’ll be excited to meet you individually to get to know you better
• Step 4: No matter the results of steps 2 and 3, we’ll be getting back to all candidates by the end of April
